I have recently had to use Apple|s repair service for my nephew|s nano which he got for his birthday a couple of months ago.
While the staff in the shop were extremely polite and tried to be helpful, the process of establishing whether the fault was covered by warranty, and whether it had to be sent away for repair or a new replacement given, was such a complicated fuss, i was tearing my hair out by the end. |
